Designed for careful catalog work. WooSheet Sync transfers supported product data between WooCommerce and a Google spreadsheet chosen by the merchant. Background sync is periodic and depends on the store’s WordPress scheduler and third-party services.
1. Agreement and publisher
These terms apply to the WooSheet Sync product website and plugin published by ClientSync. By using the site or plugin, you agree to these terms. If you use WooSheet Sync for a business or another organization, you confirm you are authorized to act on its behalf.
2. What the plugin does
WooSheet Sync exports simple products, variable product parents, and variations to a Google Sheets worksheet. It queues WooCommerce product updates for background writing and periodically checks the selected worksheet for supported edits. Products are matched by WooCommerce product ID. A sheet row does not create a product, and deleting a sheet row does not delete its WooCommerce product.
Supported sheet edits include SKU, name, regular and sale prices, stock quantity and management, product status, and categories. WooCommerce-managed identifiers, product type, attributes, and synchronization details are not editable through the sheet.
3. Google account and spreadsheet
You are responsible for choosing a Google account and spreadsheet you are authorized to use. You must review and approve Google's consent screen before the plugin can access files you select or create. Google services are provided under Google's own terms and may be unavailable or changed independently of WooSheet Sync.
4. Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for protecting your WordPress, hosting, Google, and spreadsheet accounts; maintaining backups; reviewing spreadsheet edits; and ensuring the people you authorize may access the connected catalog. You should test synchronization on a staging site before relying on it in a live store, especially for inventory and price changes.
5. Sync timing and conflicts
Spreadsheet checks run periodically, approximately every five minutes after the initial export, subject to Action Scheduler and the store’s scheduled-event runner. Sync is not instantaneous. When both WooCommerce and Sheets change the same field since the last successful sync, WooCommerce takes priority. Inventory can still change in WooCommerce between a sheet check and a product save.
6. Service changes and availability
The plugin depends on WordPress, WooCommerce, Google APIs, hosting, and scheduled background jobs. ClientSync does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every third-party service will remain compatible. Features and documentation may change as the plugin develops.
7. License and acceptable use
The WooSheet Sync plugin is distributed under the GNU General Public License version 2 or later, as described in the plugin package. You may use the plugin only in compliance with that license, applicable laws, Google's API terms, and these terms. Do not use the service to access spreadsheets or store data without authorization.
8. Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and plugin are provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees that synchronization will meet every store's requirements. You remain responsible for reviewing important catalog and inventory changes and maintaining backups. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
9. Privacy
Use of the plugin is also subject to the WooSheet Sync Privacy Policy, which explains how catalog and Google connection data are handled.
10. Updates and contact
These terms may be updated as the product changes. The latest version and effective date will be posted here. For questions about WooSheet Sync, use the contact information available at clientsync.tech.
